We had the good fortune of having our old friend Jason Donnelly (DJ Puzzle) help us out at NAMM this year, and we knew exactly where to send him first: the Alesis booth to check out the new Alesis DM10 Pro Kit. Jason shot our demos of previous Alesis DM kits, so we knew he'd be keen to check out the new flagship of the series. The DM10 Pro Kit may have the most realistic feel of any electronic kit on the market, thanks to its clever use of actual drum heads (tunable and interchangeable!) and metal alloy Surge cymbals.
